[Resolved] Redbus — wrong booking time confirmed to me | |||
Dear Team, This is pathetic service and cheating by Redbus. They confirmed my booking for Indo Canadian Volvo for 22-06-19 for 10 am from Delhi to Ambala. I paid 800 RS for it. I boarded flight from Indore so as to reach Delhi well before 10 am. But when I was on my way from airport to Swagatam Holidays (boarding point of bus), I came to know that bus has already departed at 9 am. I want to register a case of cheating against Redbus.
