Redbus — Wrong bus at departure and wrong route

I have booked a bus from red bus as i had booked a volvo but at the departure point it is not a volvo and not at all in good condition, after this as mentioned in the ticket arrival point is rishikesh he refuses and said bus will be arrived at haridwar.
