[Resolved]  Redbus — Wrong date mentioned in a ticket

Dear sir,
Myself saurabh gupta

I have booked one ticket from kota to ahmedabad on 14 nov for journey date 17 nov 2020 but due to some system error it was booked on 15 nov 2020.

Now i cant travel on 15 so request you Please refund my amount .

Detail are As follows :-
Saurabh gupta
Male age :- 32
Fare :- 892
Seat :- 11
Travels :- Deeps travels
Route :- kota to Ahmedabad

Request you to refund amount as soon as possible.

I am booking tickets by redbus since 2011 so considering it please refund the amount.
