I have a serious issue because last night (11/12/21) was completely horrible. Plz see the booking details carefully. I had booked a bus from Pune to Nandgaon (Nashik) and dropping point which came by itself was Nandgaon Titha which to a surprise is a dropping point somewhere in Nandgaon Goa. We had to go to Nandgaon near Manmad. Somehow my husband checked the details again and we asked the bus operator many times and they confirmed Itz going to Goa and not Manmad. Now at 11:30 pm we didn’t get any other bus and had office to attend today (12/12/21). We had to book an Ola and pay Rs 6500 I need my complete money back for this mistake of yours. This was the worst experience with Red Bus
