[Resolved] Redbus — wrong information and unethical behaviour | |||
Ticket booked from Chennai to Tirupati. Ticket shows wrong information and called and spoke to Customer care they said that is correct information and ticket booked in midnight me with my mother went and waited for bus at 1 AM midnight then I called them they told it is correct info i[censored] want you wait they said., Then again i called then they said it is wrong information.At 1 AM I booked another ticket and we boarded.Thank god we got ticket at that time. But Ladies waiting on Mid night we bared all such consequences because of red bus on that dangerous night Was this information helpful? | |||
