[Resolved] Redbus — wrong ticket date confirmation | |||||
I accidentally got a date confirmed for a booking that was supposed to be for the next day at 7:50 for the day i was trying to book at 7:45, i tried to reach the helpline number to cancel the ticket but they never connected, they kept me waiting. The whole reason why i got the date wrong was because the page was unresponsive and i had to reload a couple of times, i missed out on the right date the one time i got it right. There was no service that was available to help me with cancellation or rescheduling available. I lost 1.4k and they don't even have an available helpline number.
