I had booked a bus from Suart to Lucknow for 12th May via redbus. I was to reach Kanpur for an interview on 14th May and had planned accordingly. They promised to reach the destination within 13th May on the site at the time of my booking. I also received confirmation regarding the same. However on contacting the bus operators that evening they told me I could reach Lucknow only on May 14th. With no time left i had to go back to mumbai and I had to book air travel in order to reach for my interview at Kanpur on time. I registered a complaint with them but even after a month there has been no response. All other redressal sites that they claim to have is also down. I need my refund and compensation for my loss
