Redcarpet — Not able to make payment I am requesting them to look into the issue instead of that they are adding late payment charges for me

I am Bhavana I have an account in red carpet

& my mail id was: [protected]@gmail.com

I'm unable to login to redcarpet app and pay my due it says contact customer support I have attached the screenshot, my prev mail id is not working so i am reporting from my new email id.

Please help me in payment and logging in if application
Even with the provided link we are not able to make payments please check my humble request

And consumer forum please take action and ban this application they are playing with users money and time it is affecting my cibil & credit score

And they are adding late payment charges i m not ready to pay it's redcarpet people problem and there provided link is also not working.
