Rediff Books — Order not delivered despite payment done | |||
I had placed an order on rediff books on 3 March 2014 (order no.9264838). The expected delivery date was 3-5 days. It is now 15 days & there is no update on the status of my delivery. Called the customer care, the call was answered after around 15 minutes & once I placed by query, I was again placed on hold. After 15 more minutes I disconnected the call & sent a mail query. No revert has been received yet. Extremely poor service, will now be putting a request for refund of payment. Was this information helpful? | |||

As the order was not dispatched the order value has been refunded to you and the detail have been mailed through ticket number[protected] on 29th March 2014.
Usually the amount is credited in the bank account within 4-5 business days..
