On[protected] i had a booked a hero electronic bike at rediff shoping india limited with online card payment. they said that it will devilry to me with in 15 days. After 15days i have been trying to call them. just their response is we will talk to seller and intimate to you. only they spend till end of the month. After 10 days on 1-2-2017 a message to my mobile that shows that your order was delvieried successfully. But I did not received the product. I am paying EMIs on my BANK CARD. but it was not delivered to me. i have been talking with the rediff people they said that they will find out and intimate you.EVERY TIME THIS IS ONLY. ON 8-2-2017 REDIFF people called me your order price is changed. You must cancel it and book again. I said i want product I will not cancel. they suggest me i[censored] pay excess amount they will pay. 800 you need to pay. when a price is agreed and payed the 1st installment why should i pay excess I asked. they said you must pay other wise cancel the order. I AGREED TO PAY 800/- EXCESS. After two days rediff people called me your bike at show room at GUNTUR. You have to collect it. That is electric bike. other wise home delivery will be 300 excess. it gives only 40 kmS AT NIGHT FULL CHARGE. MY HOUSE TO GUNTUR SHOW ROOM is more then 45 kmS. IF IN SUDDEN BATTARY CHARGEING IS OVER HOW TO REACH MY DESTINATION. IT IS VERY VERY FUNNY.
I said i will not collect from showroom. door delivery is mentioned at the time of booking. NO NO DEALER WAS SOLD THE BIKE TO OTHERS. WE CANCELLED YOUR ORDER. YOUR REFUND IS 4 WORKING DAYS.
THIS IS INJUSTICE. HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT MY NOTICE. WHY DEALER WAS SOLD TO SOME ONE WITHOUT CANCEL THE PRODUCT. PLEASE DO JUSTICE TO CONSUMER. Was this information helpful? |
