I have purchased watch mob : dz09 sim card and memory cards supported bluetooth smartwatch android and ios series smartwatch (Black strap) from rediffmail.com vide their ticket no.[protected] and transaction no.25546932. On receipt of the material it is found that a smart watch is without battery (The battery slot found empty) and hence it was unable to charge and hence hence it is not running.
