Rediff.com India — Defective product supply and now not replace or repair | |||||
I have put online order of Electric Kettle on Rediff.com India on 29/02/2016 by order on 13164305, product name Elekta Cordless Kettle 1.5 L. These product delivered to me on 3/03/2016. At that time I was not at home and after 4-5 days when I check it, found defective from bottom ( Water Lecage). After that I it take 2-3 days to find out their customer care no and mail and register my complain about these. Also I talk on mobile no- [protected] of Elekta and told them same. Customer care refuse to replace it, on mobile no they told that you send back to us that and than they will replace, for that Who will pay courier charge and or they will not replace it?
