Rediff.com India — E mail hacked

Dear sir
my e mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com was hacked and i lost all
my access to as both mobile no and alternate e mail i put up
request with Rediffmail Tkt no[protected] they put a detailed
questioner to me which was promptly replied but they replied
that details provided were insufficient My requirement is they
please block permanently or temporarily so damage occurs
