Rediff.com India — email address hacked by some one

My email address account hacked by some one. Who have done this i don't know. I want my email address account back very soon. My too much personal data is on this email address i can't take risk for that. Kindly help me for this on urgent basis.
Who have kacked my id have changed my mobile no. As well as recovery email id also. I am not get any way to get my account recovery option to get my account.

My request to block my account till i have not access so i can feel safe at least.
