Rediff.com India — Kitchen scales

I had placed an order for kitchen scales on 27.8.16 (order No.[protected] and paid Rs. 1518.00 online for the same. I received confirmation by email and sms confirming delivery by 31.8.16. As I have not received my order yesterday, I wish to know when should I expect it. If you cannot deliver the same, kindly return the amount back to me. Immediate action on the matter is most appreciated.
