Rediff.com India — My order got declined but refund not done yet.very poor response from rediff.

My ordered product got declined.order no 14300264.i have given the complaint many times in mail and phone .No response from rediff.I stopped ordering from rediff. my account got debited but refund not done.every time im calling the customer care and asking about the refund and they give very lame excuses.They speak in very unfriendly way.give me a reply as soon as possible.
