Rediff.com India — Not providing the product after paying the full amount

Hi - Abdul here from chennai. I placed an order through Rediff. The product is HTC headset - Buy 1 Get 1 for Rs.448. I paid the full amount and the product has not been delivered. whenever called the Rediff customer care - they have only 1 answer - wait the product has been dispatched and will delivered shortly

Order Shipped: 2 Aug 16

Corrrier Partner: Velocity

And velocity is very worst delivery service.

Aug 10: Received the message @ 12:28 PM - the order is out for delivery but not yet received

Aug 11 - Received the message - 12:16 pm - The order is on hold with us -

And they have given 1 number for any queries contact:[protected] Never answered my call

without communicating to me - they have returned the product

I am attaching the screenshot for proof.

What justice i can get huh ?
