You may ask your guys to come and take back the product before I take the issue to the next level. Kindly note: This is the second time I am being cheated by Rediff Online Shopping - couple of months ago I bought a set of 10 LED bulbs seeing your advertisement only to discover that all the bulbs were substandard quality.
