The Item was ordered on 18 Feb and received on 25 Feb 2017.
Received item was found not getting charged.
Complaint raised regarding receipt of damaged / defective item on 25 Feb 2017.
When called customer care on 27 Feb, the rep indicated that they have already raised the issue and will get response in 48 hours. In addition he indicated that logistics is not available for shipment / pick up.
Again i called customer care on 2 Mar, the rep indicated that the issue will be resolved by evening.
