Rediff.com India — Regarding the delay in order 13661794

Placed the order 13661794 on Aug 4th 2016..Product is yet to be delivered..

Raised couple of tickets with rediff and there is no proper answer for the same..

Toady i spoke to one senior persion Mr.Hemanth at rediff customer care..This guy is not fit to be in that position as he is going on mute while talking with out permission from customer and his response is not at all in line with industry standards..
I would like to request for discount on the product due to the delay in the delivery of the product and also there is no clear communication regarding the delay..

This is totally a very bad experience with rediff..Rediff looks to be worst than the road side shop..sorry to say this..
