Rediff.com India — Unable to log in using the same user id and password | |
I was not able to log in to my account using the same user id, i.e. juthika.[protected]@rediffmail.com and using the related password. However, when I tried to change my password it did not helped. It was not possible to proceed for the next steps after i entered my email id. The same message just popped up, i.e. "Please try later". I tried multiple times but of no use. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Please help me retrieve the account or else delete it, if not possible.
