Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that order no.-9141239 placed by me as a gift item was not delivered on the required date. No one, including the guard(as mentioned in the 'order track') received the order and no such entry is made in the entry register kept at the entry gate which is mandatory for each courier received. Also, I received a message from 'VM-REDIFF' on my mobile stating that 'the ordered has been delivered by none. This order has been cancelled by 'Mallika Florist' and the refund request has been raised by it. Kindly expedite the refund amount of Rs. 899 in to my account Was this information helpful? | |||
