Rediff — How many complications we have to face? | |||||
Sir, got a phone call from ur customer care and the person from there was asking about the debit card Num, so that ' rediff' can refund my money, which u have taken for the product ordered, but as per safety measures I didn't gave my num. Pl tell me if somebody calls me from an unknown num and saying that its from rediff for refund then shud I have to tell him my card Num? No na? so I did if he qaa from ur company then u should have to see the problems o[censored]r customers and make the process of refunding easy or at least giv them the right thing so that there may not be any such problem. I just wanna say that u could send me my money as u have taken, that is, by COD, I will return ur product at the same time u return my money, it could be a cheque also, cross it, n I will take the payment from my account. plz be lenient with ur procedure and policies so that ur consumers should not suffer like me.. plz take necessary steps in my case...thanks... regards.
