Rediff Shopping — A complaint about send mobile against my order and they indicate feautures from rediff on line site

dear sir, some day ago i saw rediff on line site for buy a smart mobile and i saw a green berry z8 mobile which are indicate the features of mobile is ROM 8gb, RAM 2gb and camera 5 mega pix. etc. so i gave order no 11137497 buy it but the sender of above item PEARL TECHNOlOGIES from new delhi send me my order booking item .but the item they send is lower features and lower quality and also faulty they send me a only 470 mb RAM, 1 gb ROM camera and bettery is also lower than their advertise .pls.take back your mobile send my 4587 rupees
