Rediff Shopping — Complain for defective goods receive against order no. 12777524.

Dear sir,
I was purchase the product against order no. 12777524 dt. 02.12.2015 but I am received defective product in the box on dt. 13.12.2015 through shipment no.[protected]. I have received two pairs of shoes only but one pair of shoes is completely defective (Lancer Sports Shoes defective) and I am not found 3 packs of socks in the box.

I am send lots of E-mail and phone calls but no any action taken for short out my problem.

So you are requested to take the necessary action for replace my defective product.
