Rediff Shopping — Defective product delivered and no response | |||
I Bought a product, which was delivered in defected condition on 22 Feb'2014, i lodged a complaint withing 2 hrs of the delivery of the product via mail, no response was given from Rediff Shopping. Then i made 3 Calls on the tollfree number ([protected]) provided, but they all requested for some more time every time i talked to them, then finally today I after waiting for so long am using this mode for redressal. I hope such cheating websites have no right to discourage the e-shopping by their unfair and pathetic services. I requested them for refund or replacement, but till now i have not even received an acknoledgement of my complaint, whereas company policy says to ship back the product withing 7 days.
