Rediff Shopping — Delay in receiving

I have shop on 17th morning, and clearly mentioned that function is on 20th so i need the item by 20th, and everyday i was following through customer care, they promised me. Today he is telling it will take 2-3 days more. this is very bad dealing with customers. And this will be the last shopping from my side. Leela Nair
