The products received are defective

I have send a mail on 8th August to pick up the the defective goods and refund my money

Till today there i sno Response form there side.

i have calling up regularly to their toll free no[protected] every person is not aware about the status of pick up

I have paid Rs 538/- to rediff including delivery charges
