I ordered or one Turbo Water spray Gun @ Rs.489/ on 10.06.2015 with you and have been following it up the tracking of my above order your Customer delight centre and to my surprise, it always shows that the consignment is ready for dispatch for the past 6 days since my order dt 10.06.2015. In this regards, i registered 2 complaints with you and nothing is come out fruitfully from you so far. please look into my complaint and track the order and inform me the actual standing of my order and where it is lying now and when shall be delivered to me at the earliest with out much delay or otherwisse cancel the order and refund the amount with penalty for not complying as promised by you.
