Just now I received a call from rediff customer care executive and he was asking for ATM no, PIN no, and CVV no also to process the refund against the faulty product. Can anybody explain what's the need of PIN and CVV no and why anyone will provide confidential codes.. This is a big mental disturbance. I can only provide you my account no., Branch name and code.
