[Resolved] Rediff Shopping — i haven't got my refund amount | |

i have ordered a black jacket from rediffshopping.com and received it on 12, December . I returned it on 19, December .On 23, December i gave the bank details and I got conformation from rediffshoping.com on 26, December which states that i will get my refund within 5-7 days, however i have not got any refund amount in my account(Rs. 599/-)
i speak to customer care once in every two days but they are just delaying and says the refund has been processed already. Was this information helpful? | |
