[Resolved] Rediff Shopping / IND Mart — Regarding Order replacement | |||
I Ordered a Dual Sim Mobile on 02.04.2014. I received that on 09.04.2014. But it was a defective piece. I sent it back to vendor (IND MART) on 12.04.2014 after consulting with Rediff shopping and it was received by IND MART on 14.04.2014. As per Rediff Shopping defective product will be replaced within 7-10 days after receiving the courier. But till date i am waiting for the order. I several times mailed to Rediffshopping but there is no response from there end. I had call to Customer Care executive too but they are not ready to listen the complaint and cut the call. So please be aware before purchasing through Rediff Shopping. Was this information helpful? | |||
