Rediff Shopping — No product delivered and no refund either | |||
My order number 12001039 for a retro flip desk clock was placed on August 6, 2015 which was confirmed by rediff. I paid in full the amount of Rs. 794 by credit card. On August 14, 2015 I called up customer service since I had not received any tracking details by then but they refused to give me any information and told me the vendor has already dispatched the item and there is a tracking number of velocity courier which they can give me on phone. Still they did not send me anything in writing. I checked the number and it showed 'invalid' on velocity express website. So I called up again and have called almost daily since then to be given the repeated answer of we are looking and vendor has already sent. Since I have paid in full I asked my money back for which they say that refund can be initiated only when I RETURN THE ITEM AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY...it is shocking! They want me to now not only pay up but also return the item which was never sent to me. I have been trying to get in touch with the vendor too but he has never answered back. So both rediff and the vendor SHOPPER52 from Mumbai have tied up together in this game of stealing money. Was this information helpful? | |||
