Rediff Shopping — Order item not receive yet from 28th of June to till date

Order no 11795582 is still not available to me from the date of purchased dated 28th june, 15 to till dated 27th july, 15.Several calls had been made to cust care but no result till date.Plz help me out to get my order item as soon as possible otherwise i will not stop writing mail to you all.If possible i will mail to higher govt offical also.Co like rediff shopping is making fool to people.
