The order was placed on 15 Nov 2014 with a delivery time of 3-5 days after numerous calls to customer care and written emails with confirmation from your courier partner that AWB bill number is wrong, Rediff shopping team still kept sending me emails and confirmed over the phone that order will be delivered in 2-4 days. On 09 Dec 2014 an email was sent by rediff confirming refund is initiated however even today 27 Dec 2014 status of order is refund not initiated. Worse shopping experience and customer services. Please refund my money and I apologise for shopping at rediff shopping. Was this information helpful? | |||
