Rediff Shopping — Order No. 11460770 Booked on 16.04.2015. Payment Made. But still not dispatched.

I have booked the Order No. 11460770 on 16.04.2015. At the time of Booking, it had been mentioned that the Books - 13 in all - will be delivered within 5 to 8 Business Days. Till today, i.e. 29.04.2015, the Delivery Status is showing "Awaiting Dispatch". Kindly look into the matter seriously and let the Order get dispatched before 2nd of May. It is to be mentioned that I have already paid the whole money, including the postage charges, in advance. Hope you will do the needful. ASHUTOSH
