Rediff Shopping — Order not delivered even after 30 days

Dear Sir, I have placed an order (ref no. 10986918 dated: 02.01.2015) with Rediff Shopping which is still undelivered even after making full payment of it in advance. While tracking / following up it has been found that it is still not despatched..!!! Request you to please resolve the matter Thanks, Swapnendu Roy Howrah - 711106 M - [protected] / [protected]

Updated by essar3528 Just 30 minutes after I have lodged the complaint, I received a phone call (no. can also be provided, if desired) from Rediff Shopping that they want to refund the money back as the order is not in their stock anymore. They asked me for my debit card details for refunding it instantly (which I refused due to security reasons) or by normal process they will take 15-30 working days. When I asked how come they woke up after 30 days of my ordering to tell me that my order is out of stock, and, how come in today's date a money transfer takes 15-30 odd days to transfer, they banged the phone on my face without solving the matter. They don't know how to talk with customers, instead of apologizing for their delay they were with full attitude, as if I have done something wrong.
Request you to look into the matter please.
