Rediff Shopping — Order not dispatched despite making several complaints

I placed an order of Padmini 3 Burner Gas Stove Cs-307 With Dip Tray with Rediff shopping on 28th Sep 2015. The order number is 12355938. After 17 days the order status is still coming in 'Not Dispatched' status. I have also made couple of complaints through their customer delight center (which is not so delighting) and got revert that my complaint is being worked upon, however, i still see that nothing has moved so far.

Updated by Shri001 Still no resolution, neither i have received my product nor any refund. My money is stuck with rediff!!
