Rediff Shopping — Order not yet delivered, no response from the customer care | |||
I ordered an OTG cable from Rediff shopping on 13th December 2013 and it was supposed to reach me within a week. Its been 3 weeks and there is no sign of the delivery or neither are the customer care helping at all. I have emailed them and called them but they are not interested in replying or picking the phone. The order number is 8862762. I would like to know what legal actions can be taken against them. rediff shopping is very bad. I faced many problems when I purchased a mobile from rediff shopping.
