[Resolved]  Rediff Shopping — Order number: 10882972 not delivered

Hi, I ordered the product "Car CD DVD Visor Organizer Holder" online from Rediff shop & gift, "http://shopping.rediff.com" on the date 12 Dec 2014 and done the full payment by Card. It shows the product will be deliver within 5-6 days. Now it's more that 12 days still not receive the product. So regarding order i called customer care 3 time and each time get the answer you will receive the product within next 2-3 working days and disconnect the call without listing the customer. I thing rediff is making fools to their customer, as they are not going to deliver the product and just giving the excuse\false commitment of delay in delivery. Also not giving the valid reason for why product is delaying in delivery. Need help and assistance in this. Thanks and regards, Shreyas Mordekar
