Rediff Shopping — order refund not received yet more than 3 months have passed

Hi, My order no' is 8416504 I have asked for refund from rediff shopping 3 months ago and since then I have made several calls and email to them but nothing satisfactory has been done from their side instead they only take false deadlines to get it done and don't even update about the same through phone calls or email. It's only I who calls them often . I request somebody to help me on this, how can I get this sorted out. With Regards, Faisal
