Rediff Shopping — Pickup and Refund Not Done | |||
My order No. 10727685 of 2 layer dish drainer was delivered on 1-Dec-2014. It was defective, with the plastic tray broken. Also, the quality of the tray is very poor, and not durable at all. I had paid for the item online via my Axis Debit Card. As instructed by Rediff Support on phone, I attached the pictures of the item, and requested to pick-up and refund the money on 2 Dec, within 24 hours. It's been 2 months now, neither have they sent any pickup nor looks like they will return the money. I have sent 11 follow-up emails since, to which I get an automated response. I have also called the customer care, they keep promising the pick-up in 48 hours, but it has been 2 months. My Ticket Number on response emails is 'Ticket#[protected]' Please help me resolve this and get my money back from these frauds! Was this information helpful? | |||
