Rediff Shopping — Product not delivered even after 20 days

I ordered one product Fitness Pump from www.rediff.com order number 11026236 on 11 January 2015 but its not delivered till 28 January 2015. I tried reaching out to rediff customer support and follow up on it but they are always giving false information and not helping in to this case. They always say that the order has been handed over to logistics and they are trying to contact logistics vendor. I'm getting same reply from last 10 days. Order amount is Rs. 5, 498 Please help me in this case and give me some point of contact to escalate it towards resolution. Thanks, Imran [protected]
