Rediff Shopping — Product not delivered / No Refund?? order: 12107257

Hi Support, This is regarding order :12107257, this was placed on 22 Aug 2015 on the occasion of Rakhi. The order has not been delivered till now and the status always shows "Ready to dispatch" I have called customer care and they said they will refund the order amount of 548 as they seller don't have that product... Till now nothing has been done, i have written multiple mails, spoke to them couple of times but no response till date... Rediff shopping, such a worst experience! You have wasted all my time, energies and you should be guilty and pay compensation for this! Thanks, Vinay
