Respected sir, I am srinivas rao.I have ordered for two products, car scratch remover (order no.[protected]instead of which a completely destroyed vacuum cleaner has been sent and a 20 feet hose pipe (order no.[protected]which was also broken and I resend i t back. But till now I have not received the replacement. I have been complaining but no response. So please do the needful sir.
