[Resolved]  Rediff Shopping — Product not yet received

I have placed an order of Sony Mh750 Handsfree Headset Mic Xperia- OEM, order number :10854926 on 11th dec 2014.I have received a mail on 13th dec 2014. that the product has been dispatched and it is likely to be delivered by 17th dec 2014. The product has not yet been delivered till now. whom should I contact? This company doesn't even have a customer care number and the number mentioned here is not working. There's no reply to the mail also.I have made online payment and there's no address of the product till date.
