Hi, I had ordered 9 sarees on shopping.rediff.com on 18/10/2014. Products were delivered separately.I returned 2 sarees and received the refund.I raised a request for return of another 2 sarees but till date there is no proper response from the customercare.I have been following up from 07/11/2014, they keep asking the same questions again and again and also they take arnd 5-6 days to reply each time.
