Rediff Shopping — Purchased items not getting delivered even after 10 days

Dear sir, This is in reference to my order no[protected] whcih I have placed on 4th of May 2015. Till now I ahve not received my consignemnt and when I called their customer care, they told that your goods has not been dispatched even and asked me to wait for another 2 days. After 2 days when I called they again said that the goods has not been dispatched and again asked me to wait for 8-10 days. This is really very difficult to call up and ask fro the delivery of my item after I have paid the amount in full in advance. Request you to kindly help. Regards, Hunny Agarwal [protected]
