Rediff Shopping — Received a wrong product and Rediff not giving my money back.

Rediff has provided me the wrong product via their vendor GrahakJi, I had ordered a Winter Fleece Jacket in black color and they have sent me a brown color instead and despite complaining about it to the rediff customer care and providing them all the proofs, no one is doing anything and they are replying that a correct product was sent to me.
