Rediff Shopping — rediff does not respond to the mail asking for address to return the product

I tryied multiple time through phn and mail to rediff for returning of product with below mentioned details but rediff dosenot responed and after one month also address for returning the product has not been shared due to which My amount is wasted, as quality of product is not as per mark details of product has been given below
